Sunday Brunch: Chef Jayson Euler of Pomeroy cooks up a French-style ham-and-cheese


Chef Jaysen Euler of French restaurant Pomeroy in north suburban Winnetka joined Sean Lewis for this week’s version of the WGN Weekend Morning Information Sunday Brunch.

And Euler had each a scrumptious concoction and a few thrilling information to supply.

First, Euler made a Croque Monsieur, which he says is “an elevated ham-and-cheese.”
